The Problem

Toolway was  setup as an Amazon vendor in Canada, with no exposure to US marketplace for their suite of Private Label brands. They had limited internal capacity to manage and optimize listings to drive further marketplace growth in the U.S.

Our Solution

We acted as Toolway’s Amazon U.S “arm”, launching their Amazon Canada products in the new marketplace, and fully owning the pricing and advertising approach to penetrate the new and larger market. We also created entirely new listing content (images, videos, and copy) to stick out from competition, and offered them for free for Toolway to also use on their Amazon Canada listings.

Fully launched 10+ ASINs with over 95% Buy Box control across all listings. Successfully penetrated the more competitive market, resulting in a 3X increase in Amazon-based revenue for Toolway across the launched products. 4 of the launches have achieved #1 in their respective subcategories.
