Hoosier had previously attempted to bring their food powders line to the Canadian marketplace, but pulled back due to logistical and compliance challenges. Canadian listings were then taken over by resellers, illegally importing the products by purchasing from Amazon US, and re-selling on Amazon Canada for a 5X+ markup.

We partnered with Hoosier Hill Farm to manage their Amazon Canada listings and sales. We personally consulted CFIA experts to properly import and sell the products in the Canadian market, and worked alongside Amazon and the CFIA to create fully compliant English / French product labels.

Reduced unauthorized sellers by 93% and stabilized the over-inflated reseller prices from 5X the US price, to only 1.5X. These stabilized and properly stocked listings provided a unified experience for customers, which also increased sales by 3X on average.
