Anti-Spam Policy

Crescendo Sales Inc. does not send or tolerate spam. This policy sets out how we comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, and prohibits anyone from promoting our websites through unsolicited bulk messages.

1. Our Commitment

Crescendo Sales Inc. (“Crescendo Sales”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) has a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, and we expect everyone who works with us to do the same.

2. Prohibition on Advertising Our Websites Through Spam

Crescendo Sales strictly prohibits advertising or promoting its websites, including crescendosales.ca, crescendobrands.ca and any other domain we own or operate, through unsolicited bulk messages (spam) of any kind, including email, SMS, social media messages, forum posts and comment spam.
This prohibition applies to our employees, contractors, affiliates, partners and third-party vendors, and to anyone acting on our behalf.

3. Who We Email

Our outreach is limited to one-to-one business-to-business communication with brands and companies. We only contact businesses whose business contact information has been conspicuously published (for example, on their website or a public business profile) without a statement that they do not wish to receive unsolicited messages, and only where our message is relevant to the recipient’s business role, consistent with CASL’s implied-consent and conspicuous-publication provisions. We do not send messages to consumers or to personal addresses.

4. No Purchased or Sold Lists

We never buy, rent, sell or share email lists for sending unsolicited messages, and we never use harvested or scraped consumer lists, dictionary attacks or other address-generation methods.

5. What Every Email Includes

Every commercial email we send:
Clearly identifies Crescendo Sales Inc. as the sender;
Includes our mailing address and contact information;
Uses accurate, non-misleading subject lines and sender information;
Includes a clear, easy way to unsubscribe at no cost.

6. Prompt Opt-Out Process

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, by replying with “unsubscribe”, or by emailing info@crescendosales.ca. We process opt-out requests promptly, and always within 10 business days, as required by CASL. Once you opt out, your address is added to our suppression list and you will not receive further commercial messages from us.

7. Consequences for Violations

Any employee or contractor found to have sent, or caused to be sent, unsolicited bulk messages promoting our websites will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Any affiliate, partner or third-party vendor that does so will have its relationship with Crescendo Sales terminated immediately, and we will cooperate with blocklist operators, service providers and authorities as appropriate.

8. Reporting Abuse

If you believe you received spam from us or from anyone promoting our websites, please report it to info@crescendosales.ca and include the full message with headers if possible. We investigate every report and respond promptly.
